How the free pilot works
1. You send us your list
A spreadsheet is fine, however messy. We import it, or you do, with a preview before anything is created.
2. Print the labels
Print the QR labels from the app (a sheet per room works well) and stick them on. NFC tags are optional.
3. Scan and audit
Staff scan on a walkthrough. Rooms get audited. Members request what they need.
4. A 20-minute chat
After a few weeks we ask what worked and what did not. That is the price of the pilot, and it shapes what we build next.

Before you ask
What does the pilot cost?
Nothing for 90 days, up to 100 assets, with no card. In return we would like a short feedback call and, only if you are happy, permission to quote you.
What happens after 90 days?
Nothing happens without you. You can stay on the free plan (up to 5 assets), move to Growth ($49 a month for up to 100 assets), or talk to us about a larger space. Your data stays either way.
We have more than 100 things.
Tell us how many. Larger spaces are on a quoted plan, and the pilot can be sized to match.
Do members need to install anything?
No. Anyone can scan a label with their phone camera. Members who sign in can also see what is available to borrow and request it.
Can I try it first without talking to you?
Yes: start free yourself. You get up to 5 assets straight away, and can ask for the pilot whenever you want more.
